The Overview of signal gate valve
Z945X Electric Resilient Seated Gate Valve is an automatic valve integrated with an electric actuator, which controls the vertical lifting of the gate through electric drive, so as to realize remote and accurate on-off control of the fluid medium. As a soft-sealed gate valve, its gate plate is integrally wrapped with rubber and closely fitted with the valve seat to ensure zero leakage of the seal. The core of the valve is its electric actuator, which can receive the switch signal (or regulating signal) of the control system and automatically complete the opening and closing operation of the valve. It is the key equipment for realizing unattended operation in modern industrial automation and intelligent water service system. The product is widely used in urban water supply network automation system, intelligent water platform, circulating water system of large factories and mines, automatic fire sprinkler system, automatic irrigation of farmland and various process control industrial pipelines. The Features of signal gate valve
1.Automatic remote control: equipped with precise electric actuator, which can receive remote control signals (such as DC4-20mA) and realize remote and centralized automatic control of valves, greatly improving operation efficiency and system automation level.
2.Overall rubber packing seal: the valve core is integrally wrapped and vulcanized with high-performance rubber, with accurate geometric dimensions, forming a tight elastic seal with the valve seat, with reliable sealing performance, and realizing two-way zero leakage.
3.Multi-protection mechanism: the actuator usually has built-in overload protection, overheating protection and phase protection functions, and is equipped with mechanical and electrical double limit switches, which can effectively prevent the motor from being damaged due to accidents and ensure safe and reliable operation.
4.Manual-automatic switch: the actuator is equipped with a manual operating mechanism, which can be easily switched to the manual mode for operation in case of emergency such as power failure or commissioning, so as to ensure the controllability of the system under special working conditions.
